Tom Becker has been with Dual North America for almost 8 years as Director of Business Development. He is responsible for agency distribution, new business and product development, and underwriting program marketing and sales strategies. Tom brings over 30 years of experience in the financial services and insurance industries.
Chrissy (Jacobs) Scarcella has been with Jacobs & Associates, a Towerstone Company since 2018 as Director Of Marketing And Business Development. She has worn many different hats throughout her career – educator, manager, entrepreneur, director and marketer.
